Got 280 on my squat about 2 weeks ago… And yesterday I finally hit 300! Big accomplishment for me, so happy! Yeaaa buddyyy

Yea buddy, set a new PR today. 280 on squat ass to calves! 300 here I come ;)
going to try something a little different from now on, cross fit!
im going to start adding in some type of crossfit workout on sundays to improve my overall strength and conditioning, and also maybe help speed up my cut!
today im doing:
20pullups
30pushups
40 crunches
50 squats
1/4 mile run
5 sets, 3 min break
should kick my ass!

no body thinks I have the will power and dedication it takes.. but ill show them. Ill prove them wrong. By summer imma be a whole new person.
- If a women lifts heavy weights she will get big and bulky.
- Women should not do the same exercises as men.
- Abs exercises should be done every day.
- Cardio is the best way to lose weight.
- Drinking protein will make you gain weight.
- If I exercise then I’ll be able to eat eat whatever I want…
