Got 280 on my squat about 2 weeks ago… And yesterday I finally hit 300! Big accomplishment for me, so happy! Yeaaa buddyyy

going to try something a little different from now on, cross fit!
im going to start adding in some type of crossfit workout on sundays to improve my overall strength and conditioning, and also maybe help speed up my cut!
today im doing:
1/4 mile run
5 sets, 3 min break
should kick my ass!
no body thinks I have the will power and dedication it takes.. but ill show them. Ill prove them wrong. By summer imma be a whole new person.

So im just about to finish my bulk up. This is me at about 188lbs, which i bulked up from 165. About to start my cut next week and im going to do a weekly update to show others my progress, and to help myself see how im doing. im new to this! so sorry if its not that great ;P
